Dye Dam Air leak

Hello guys,
As the topic says I have a issue with my dam.
Even Support couldn’t help me on telephone.
When I air it up and turn the velocity a little up so I can shoot it starts leaking in the front area I think.
When I turn the velocity even higher it starts auto shooting the bolt.
A similar problem like in the link: https://youtu.be/Jk6cFh15lag
May someone had a similar problem?

How old is you DAM? When you remove the breech sleeve is there an oring in front of the eyepipe?

Try dropping an oring in front of the eyepipe (I think its a -019 that fits) and trying again. You may need a new solenoid pilot if you overcharged the gun trying to get higher velocity. If you need to, you can arrange to send it to Billy and he'll get it sorted for you.

May it be possible for you to post a pic of the exact location of the oring Ou described.

I didn’t turn the velocity up so I don’t think it’s the solenoid.

Thanks for your help

It sits inside part 3 in front of part 4 on page 36 of the manual: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/08...80404030432688

It isn't visible in the picture, but there is an oring usually in there.

I see where you mean but unfortunately it doesn’t fix the issue.
I was able to get a soli of a friend but that didn’t fix the problem either.
