Oasis Paintball Park: New SW Florida Field

Ok time for its own Thread.

The field is getting its own identity and breaking from the ER name.

The regulars are calling the field OPP. OPP is short for Oasis Paintball Park. The reason for the new name is too many players throughout the state mix the ERs up plus we have a new attitude and it shows with the great response.

We also just got in items from the Snipsta over at Floridapaintballing.com
He brought by shirts, stickers, headbands, and those new barrel graphix sleeves.

Ok Pricing info:

Summer Special continues into September.
Open Saturday and Sunday ( Weekdays by Appointment ).

Basic Rate for Recballers/Walkons = $25.00
Includes Semi-Auto marker, Goggles, 200 rounds paint, air, and insurance.

Bring Your Own Paint /Have all your own stuff rate = $15.00
Includes air all day and insurance.

Paint Pricing:
Case ( 2000 rds ) of White Box = $45.00
Case ( 2000 rds ) of premium (upgrade) = $50.00
1000 rounds = $25.00
500 rounds = $15.00

Hope to see you out there.

Phone number is (239)939-0911 plus we have free wireless internet access.

You can find us at:
Oasis Paintball Park
3820 Veronica S Shoemaker BLVD
Ft Myers, FL. 33916
Exit 136 off I75

[email protected]

Well the response has been awesome. Teams are popping up left and right, new teams and old teams are all finally finding a field they can call home without having to travel hours and miles from home.

Craig

Thanks Christos,

I want to congratulate the local teams ( Tension and OPP Factory ) that took the next step and competed at the SCPS/CFP Tourney. They did well and fell in love with the tournament format. Most of these players have never played tournament ball.
Hopefully next tourney some of the other local teams will take the step: Nightmare Crew, Aggressors, Prosecutors, FGCU . Amazing how many teams have popped up in the last couple months. Keep it coming.

See you guys out at the field.

Today was awesome, some guys were actually chilly this morning.

Sunday should be awesome.

The guys added in the new bunkers and changed up others.
Lets see how it plays out.

See you tomorrow.

Awesome day guys/gals.

WOW, thanks for all your help.
Not one but 2 groups of National Guard came out.
Tons of games, tons of players.
Loved that game at the end of the day where the Guard played the staff.

They were pretty impressive driving in those missle launchers, tanks, cyles, and hummers and the soldiers walking behind them.

Great day , hope all had fun I know I did.

Also Tami ( Femmes ) are going to be having their tryouts at OPP in a few weeks. It will be a Friday - Sunday extended weekend run.
Once I know more I will post it.

See you out there ..

Itís that time again; PSP TRYOUTS and TRAINGING CAMP 2008

Attention all ladies! Do you think youíve got it takes to ball with the big boys? If so, then bring your talent and skills to the 2008 Femmes Fatale tryouts and training camp!

Tryouts will be held January 5-6, 2008 at Oasis Paintball Park (formally Extreme Rage) in Fort Myers, Florida. There is also an option to gear up and play Friday January 4th, for all those interested in getting ahead of the competition.

With hopes of bringing this team to the top 15 in Division 2 next season, our organization has jumped into rebuild mode, and will do whatever it takes to achieve the ultimate goal: win. With all new coaching and staff, we are looking for speed, skills, dedication, drive, and a positive attitude, on and off the field.

In order to guarantee our improvement over last season, expect to see greater emphasis on player development and success on the field. All participants will be seriously considered and given as fair a chance as possible.

The field is just minutes away from a number of hotels; Hampton Inn and Suites, Best Western, and Courtyard by Marriott are just a few in the area. The Marriott contact person is Bruce Davis, and anyone who wants to reserve a room at $79/night without breakfast or $89/night with breakfast can e-mail him and say they are with the Femmes Fatale paintball team. His email is [email protected], and the room is to be placed under your own name.

For more information, please feel free to contact Tami Adamson (team Owner) [email protected] or Marc Beaudin (coach)at [email protected], and they will get back to you in a timely fashion.

Field information is as follows:

Oasis paintball park / formally Extreme Rage
Phone: (239) 939-0911
Address: 3820 Veronica S Shoemaker BLVD
Fort myers, Florida 33916
USA

We look forward to seeing you there!

I may stop by and play at Oasis when I come home for winter break from college. Is it still 15 bucks for entrance and air if you have your own gear/paint? Also, how is the turnout usually on Saturday vs Sunday?

Danny we have been averaging 20-30 on Saturday , this last Sat we had close to 70 people.
Sunday is more of the teams and 25-35 players.

Still 15 bucks. You get the value just in air fills.

I just have to say that as a long-time woodsballer with friends around the neighborhood, my first time out to a paintball field in maybe 6 years was very good. Oasis Paintball Park was well-run, and everyone there was very friendly, despite the fact that my friend and I showed up on a Sunday for our first trip, which happened to be Pro/Tournament Day. While our guns couldn't quite keep up with the speedballers and their full-autos, the owner made a full effort to include us in the game, and be sure we always had fair teams. He also greatly emphasized safety, but was also very cool and laid back. After a few rounds of xball, the owner's son told my friend and me about the woodsball course they had, which was something we were delighted to hear. He helped organize teams and played with us for most of the day (we were there from 10-4), and overall everyone was very accomodating and made our visit very enjoyable, even for being on the wrong day I just want to thank Craig and his son Ian, and say that both my friend Randy and I would highly recommend OPP. We will be coming back on a Saturday for sure!
