Pros: Best Size/Capacity
Cons: Regulator
By far one of my favorite all time tank styles and sizes. The size isn't too big or small and with the regulator (which I didn't quite like for consistency issues) makes it the perfect length for today's fixed ASA guns whether you play up front or in the back.

The 56ci gives you that high capacity you need while remaining compact thanks to the redesign on the shape of the tank. the white finish is also very sharp and a welcome departure from the same old grey wrap look.

A must have for those looking for that tank with just the right balance of size and capacity.

My favorite tank by far

Holds the perfect amount of air, I can get half a case on a full fill with my Ego 08

Extremely light and compact

Almost as light as a 45/45, but its as long as a 68/45 with a myth, and gets way more shots out of it then a 45/45

the perfect compromise

Cons: small capacity (in some cases)
If I wasn't playing race to 4, I wouldn't use any other tank. 56/45 is a perfect size for anyone who has a very efficient marker, doesn't shoot need to shoot 8 pods a fill, or is running a pump setup. I currently use a 68/45, but only because the fields I practice at rarely give full fills and I need the extra air.
