Pros: It's a classic, time tested gun
Cons: It's like having a brick in your hands
My old 2k2 workhorse. I've had it since 03 or 04, and have used it at least once in every field I play at up to this day.

It's a gun that has endured the test of time. It's been around, talked about, shot by many, and has in general been regarded as a classic in the paintball world.

My particular marker was used when I bought it (even came with a Boomstick barrel!). However, the years of play took a toll on quite a bit of parts on her.

I've ended up replacing:
  • Ram - Replaced with a KAPP ram
  • 3 Way - Replaced with a Shocktech Bomb
  • LPR - Replaced with a STO LPR (good, because the old stock one was adjustable internally only)
  • Timing Rod - Replaced with a Shocktech Timing rod (old one had screws missing and was stripped somewhat)
  • Trigger Frame - Replaced with my Teammates Black Magic frame and trigger
  • Cocking Rod - Stock one became bent after many years and became impossible to tune (Shocktech Cocking Rod replaced that crapshoot)
  • Beaver Tail - Kapp Beaver Tail (I got the gun without one)
  • Put a spring and o-ring rebuild kit on the marker
  • Replaced all the high and low side pressure supply lines and fittings

All in all, it's been a great gun. It's been a bit picky, and I've had it in the pro-shop a few times before I learned to repair it myself.

It's a classic and I hopefully never let go of it.
