I have been buying defy paintballs for a year now at ANS gear and have yet to get a bad case. The balls fly straight and break nice. they claim to be .684 but my ball sizer says .682 still not bad compared to other paint I've tried recently. at $35 this is hands down some of the best paint out there.

1. Shell: Very brittle once balls were aired out from the bags the night before. I was so impressed with a $35 dollar case of paint. This is my second case of D3fy Level 1 paint and I have to say, it beats GI and Valken / others “level 1 / “1-Star”” paintballs I have tried to date.
2. Fill: Thin, for sure, bold the solid blue balls / blue fill was a superb Royal blue that was mixed well. It is very nasty paint too. I got it all over everyone, where you can BYOP, and a few people were asking, “hey who was shooting blue” cause it got over everything. It has that staining effect for sure. You need soap and water for this stuff, wiping it with your hands is terrible : D
3. Flight / performance: Overall, for the price, I feel it shot very, very well. I would say a solid 7/ 10. I shot solid groups from all angles and distances on a standard speed balls fields ( I targeted ends / corners of bunkers) and was able get a few lob / long balls hits, and they all broke on impact. It was pretty sweet, I was very pleased. I am already, going to order another case. The overall performance, shell, fill and consistency are IMHO, second to none from what I have played with recently, in the past 6 weeks.
Previous grade(s) of paint for comparison:
1. GI 1-2 Star
2. Valken Infinity
3. APX Standard fill
