A low priced hopper that is a high quality product. Built to last and perform. Feeds fast and consistent, I haven't had a jam yet.

Rain lid is attached with a pin that is hard to remove and can get lost. Requires tools to switch from rain lid to speedfeed and back.

Pros: Durable, reliable, feeds super fast
Cons: Heavy, sometimes jams
This is a Rotor with a simplified shell design and a lower price. It performs exactly like a standard Rotor in every way, the only functional difference is the lack of windows on the back side of the shell.

The LTR feeds paint very quickly, faster than 20bps. It maintains a slight amount of tension on the ball stack, which keeps balls firmly in the breech of the marker when you pull the trigger. The drive system is quiet, responsive and quite gentle on paint. The rear ramp helps guide balls into the impellers, and the loader is fairly consistent about loading all the way to the last ball with minimal popcorning. The impellers sometimes jam - I've noticed this happening when I had a ball break in the hopper, and also when using paint that was swollen from humidity.

User controls are simple: a push-button on/off (with an annoyingly bright blue LED), and a small shark fin on the bottom that you can pull on to help clear jams. The lid is easy to use, and there are a number of good feedgate options. The feed opening is somewhat small, but it works fine. The shell breaks apart easily, and all of the impeller components can be easily removed. Rotors are among the easiest loaders to clean.

I measured ball capacity at 180. It weighs 610g /w batteries, which places it among the heaviest of loaders.

PROS
  • Feeds very quickly and consistently
  • Sturdy and reliable
  • Very easy to disassemble
  • Good value

CONS
  • Not immune to jams
  • Heavy

Bought a LT-R as a back up/ loaner hopper. It's exactly like the rotor I've had for four plus years. I've used it a couple times, and I've loaned it to friends to use. Works like a champ. The rotor is a tried and true design. This thing simply won't break. Highly recommended.
