Pros: magnets, comfy
Cons: pod slots
Pod pack is extremely easy to use and comfy. Good lumbar padding and it doesn't slip down when loaded. Magnetic closure hasn't failed on me yet. There are two magnets, and the pack will stay closed even if only one magnet is attached. I prefer it much more to velcro. ID holder on the front is a nice touch.

Only complaint is related to the main pod slots. This could be taken as a pro or con though. The slots are semi-rigid and have supports built into them. As a result, you can't fit oversized pods in, only the 'standard' 140 round pods. However, this makes putting pods in much easier. When playing recball, it's easy to slide in a pod back in without looking since the semi-rigid design holds the pod slot open.
