I highly recommend this to back players as it holds a lot of pods and then some (max 13 pods, yes 13). Don't get me wrong, it is not exclusive for back players. It is great even for front (and mid) players. I just hit the outer main pods whenever I am frantically crawling and it sometimes frustrates me.
I use dye lock lids and I have no problem sliding them in or pulling them out. Bands work.
Personally, I find the appearance cool. Of course that is objective.
The waist strap is excellent and can be adjusted to wrap around virtually any waist (unless you're ++size). The back cushion is very comfy and is definitely not made of cheap material (so it's durable).
I only gave a 4 out of 5 for value because I am in Canada and all paintball stuffs here are marked up atrociously.
All in all it is great. You can't go wrong if you buy it.

great pack, ive used mine for over a year and its been amazing. stays where you strap it due to the 4 velcro straps on it. holds the pods very firm but releases them easily too. the only downfall is that the little bungee bands for extra pods between the main velcro pod holders tend to get in the way when grabbing a pod.

I have 2 of these harnesses and they are identical and they both have the same problem. The retractor straps occasionally slide off a pod and then the pod is nearly impossible to get out of the pouch. Some times I have to take the harness off to get the pod out. Other times if I push down really hard on the bottom of the pod I can get it to come loose. Regardless, when you need a pod of paint in the middle of battle, the LAST thing you need to think about is a stuck pod! I see now why a lot of harnesses have 4 way retractors. They can't come off the pod. I have an Empire React harness coming and then I think the NXE's will get retired.

Cons:
Ejection system is only single straps which can slip of making it difficult to remove pods while playing.
Elastic quickly stretches out.
No longer in production
Durability for bigger players, may have to replace it often since the elastic wears quickly. Do not have it on if not needed to lengthen life of the elastic. Smaller players, should last a long time if not overstretching the material. No players should store pods in loops to lengthen life of the elastic.
Overall, great performance and a comfortable feel. Would recommend these if still in production.
