ATTN! I have been cheated by a paintball company for a dm5!!

Hey guys, I have been going through a terrible progress with an order dealing with "www.FIRSTCALLPAINTBALL.com"! Apparantly, I spoke to ROB over the phone, and had ordered a Dye DM5 from him, on the 14th, and everything was ok, but on the 17th it arrived it was a STORE DISPLAY MODEL! And, it had visible scratches on the reg and barrel! Also, the board was all messed up! can you believe it?

After, I called him up, and Rob said he would send me a NIB DM5, and he would make sure it was NIB for me! On the 24th, it arrived, and it was the same MARKER! I was totally at awe because he INSISTED it was a brand new gun, and he saw someone place it inside the box! Guys, if you have thought about ordering from their shop, DO NOT! They are the most unreliable company I have ever dealt with!

Currently I have shipped it back in again and canceled my credit card transaction, and guess what, this is even worse! They are refusing to take in the shipment, their making the Postal Office leave it outside on the ground everyday, and not taking it in! I smell a lawsuit comming up soon!

BOYCOTT FIRSTCALLPAINTBALL!
Pics of this trashed up DM5 if you guys want it, and the USPS logs! This is rediculus, and if you guys can understand where im comming from, i payed 1350$ for a NIB gun and in return i get a gun that doesn't work, and is scratched up!

Yeah but when you buy a gun from a store it is supposed to be NIB. Not a store model. You can file for whatever the hell it is they did. Good thing I quit this retarded sport, saves me trouble.

never had a problem with there service before but I can beleave that it happened. This might scare people thinking of buying the DMC from them....maybe if the comapny sees this they will issue a response, either way I would tell them you will take legal action against them, just make sure you can prove its not NIB

Call Dye and let them know what is going on with your order, make sure that you tell them what store it is and see if they are a dye direct dealer.

when you do decide to get a dm5, not from a crap company, i totaly reccomend using Tunaman from AO. Trusted dealer and he can get you any thing you want. Great person to work with, kind courteous, and to the point. he will get it as fast as he can, and have it to your door not more than 3 days after he recieves it.

Personally I have bought a ton of equipment from them without issues. However my teammate has had nothing but problems with them. That does suck and I would report them to DYE and the BBB as well. But keep in mind they are registered under another name (check your invoice) and that is who you should report since it is the parent Company.

I;m going to email them and make them aware of this forum about how bad they suck. Also give me their number, we have a consumer advocate here in colorado who has a radio show who will burn these bastards!!!!!!!!

thanks alot for all the support guys! i just checked my usps confirmation code, their purposely avoiding the shipment and not taking in my dm5! in their policy it does list no returns on pball guns, but this should be an acception!

im going to post up pics of this gun asap, i cant believe the second time around, he insisted that he gave me a NIB gun, and said he's looking at my old gun at the moment! the 2nd gun that got here, hav e the SAME exact scratches too=T.. atleast they attempted to switch the boxes to trick me lol

also, i wouldn't trust them with 1700$ for the DMC, what an unreliable company.

This was the 17th when i received the DM5, as you can see the box was already looking crummy!


This is the pic of the manual when i opened the box, looks used and rugged! NIB DM5 eh?


The scratches on the Back of the Ultralite, this is supposed to be a scratchfree-flawless gun


The scratch by the Regulator Hose! NIB guns are scratch free!


The second time it came back to me, at least they attempted to switch the boxes =T


Looks NIB, but still has those scratches, and the board still does not work!

wow man, that sucks. i'm sorry to hear you had such a bad experience from them. i've bought tons of stuff from them and i've always had a good experience. bought my crossfire tank, an e-grip for my Tippmann A-5, and a bunch of other crap. when i bought my Dye C5 jersey from them, i told them i needed it the next day. sure enough, it arrived the next day. unlike HotshotPaintball who kept me waiting over a month! good luck with getting this issue resolved.
