ok, i need major help i've tried all of the troubel shooting guides i could find re built the reg several times but still when i gas it up my barrel woln't go back. the damn thing worked one night then the next day it wouldn't. if any one has some i sight or knows something i've missed please please let me know i would like to take it to d-day but as of now i'm at my whits end.

Sounds like an airway could be blocked. If you had/have old o-rings in the gun, they may have chipped. Teflon will also mess with a gun. Just take it all apart (assuming you know how to) and then put back together, all the while going through everything to make sure it's clean, lubed, and in operating condition.

If that doesn't work, then you may have to spell out your problem more elaborately. Good luck to ya.

the internal plastic part thats holds the spool valve does it come out and how. i'm thinking a blockage may be the problem.

Try this... you'll need a 24" X 1/4" dowel...put a few drops of oil onto the spool valve before putting the barrel on & take the dowel & push the spool valve in a couple times till it loosens up & gets springy. now with the barrel on, stick the dowel down the barrel til it hits the spool valve again... put some oil in the ASA & gas up the marker.... push the spool valve in a few times again... this should "reset" the works inside & hopefully get it working ...LMK, Pete
