The guy Jack Wood is one of Nexus's founder players and members and is also the designer of not only the EBlade but also the Ego which at present is sitting at number one in the NPPL rankings of markers.
Both ourselves (Nexus) and XSV use the Ego and these two teams finished first and second in Germany last weekend, so the gun speaks for itself and if that isn't enough, then you can always ask Jack
Ledz, as you see is one of our team members and captain of Nexus and also owns Planet, the company that makes the Ego and Eblade and all the rest of that funky stuff you see Planet sell..

Ultimately it's always gonna be your call as to whether or not it's worth the money, all I can say is, you get a top class, reliable, accurate as hell marker for your money.
It looks cool, works brilliantly and will last the course as long as you take care of it.
As to how it 'feels' in your hands is quite another question but as far as 'bang for your buck' in terms of hardware, it's one helluva buy.

Not at all, it was designed from bottom up by Jack Wood and an electronics wizard called Flash, it might have a generic function but it is most certainly the creation of Mr Wood and Co.

Naaa some people just assume that because AKA talked to Planet about modding the eblade frome (already granted licence from SP patent) to work on an open bolt marker (evil m possibly).
Work on the Ego was already well under way by this point however....
