Review of the first event

What did you guys think about the first event??
-I believe it was run very well, reffing was very good and they explained things very well. Everyone was nice and things like that, but one thing that got me was the paint, was it just A+ or did alot of people have trouble with that paint?? Are guns where blenders out there and we where trying timmy's, proto trixs, e cockers, angels, and a shocker. But the shocker actually worked. But anyone else have an imput on this.

You play for armogeddon right?? Well you guys did awesome, but i think you should work on staying tight in your bunkers. And trying different things. But i think guns that where mech worked good, but high end electros where the ones that where messing up.

We played Sat and we had bad problems with the 60 dollar paint. We then went down to the 55 dollar winter filled paint and it shot perfect. I saw alot of people buying the 60 stuff and when it was breaking trying the expensive stuff. This is stupid because the more expensive the paint the more brittle it is.

I think that the tournament went really well for the conditions on saturday. I was breaking a lot of paint in the morning, but it got better as it warmed up. I just can't wait until the next one.

The paint was hit or miss but got much better as the temp increased on Sunday.

I had alot of problem getting it through my Shocker which seems odd cause our DM4's and 5's were shooting it fine. I switched to my cocker and it didn't break another ball.

As for the event I think is was the best GPL I've been to in long time..

sunday the paint was very good for our team we didnt have one break all day, i was very impressed with the reffing a lot better that past gpls. the field surface thought was horrible sliding into those bunkers on that like hard packed dirt sand mixtire was soo rough on my knees and elbows not to mention my gun.

The reffing was excellent! A++
Paint i think everyone had trouble with
The field surface wasnt a problem at all for me or my team
Im just alittle confused on the D2 teams playing D1. it didnt make much sense because the only time you played in your division was if you made it to the finals. I dont know if other leagues do it that way but i didnt really like it even though we didnt do that bad.

Overall best GPL we played yet!!! GJ guys
