I think it's just that Blazer owners don't see a great need to change a gun that works well for them. Not many try things that they see as unproven. Once they are out and those of us who ordered them test them, I think it'll be different.

People just need to pony up the $20 for the pre order. If they're actually made, they will sell i know that.

Nobody's buying the Bushy bolt, and that was even after numerous people expressed interest in it. Without some kind of (financial) commitment, this project will never make it into production, expecially since the market for it is already perceived as being quite limited. Is there a PPS owners group site that we should be trying to promote this on as well?

If they do the job, it wouldn't take a whole lot of them to be in use for the word to spread rather quickly.
Currently, there is only about 500 of the second generation bodies out there now but I see the current configuration being a long term thing.
How many you figure you need to sell and how fast, before they are "worth" building?
You might also try the POG site.

once I hear a review from someone, who I feel knows Blazers. Who has tried them and says they work and are worth getting. I will buy one.
I would pre-order one but funds are really tight right now at the beginning of the school year.

Just wondering if these are moving forward. I've already pre-ordered mine, but haven't heard anything new.

sorry to revive this thread...
but the reason nobody buys the bushy bolts is because they are
like $50 and that is more than most people will spend on a bolt.

If they did, they forgot to take down their website. The website also has in its news area that there is a bolt for the Blazer coming out soon. I hope that's correct because it would really bite to find out it's false because the site manager hasn't gotten around to editing that tidbit of news out. ....but if there is a bolt coming out you can bet that i'm going to get one!

I just bought a used blazer and I LOVE IT! I didn't think it was going to be a better mech than my ule trigger rt pro, but it is. It's amazing, the single trigger is where its at.
But anyway, the point of my post is to say I would buy any delrin bolt for the blazer.
On a side note, what is the difference between the old style blazers and the new style ones? At what serial number did this change take place?

2nd generation Blazer start with serial number BZ2xxxx
Main difference is a little more metal in the body and a few dimensional changes to make them easier to build.
Quickest way to spot the difference is in the step at the rear of the body.
BZ2 has the shorter step. (longer top tube at the rear)

We are interested in producing bolts for the blazer. They would not be anti-chop though. They could be either delrin or teflon, with or without o-rings.
The problem is we have no access to a blazer. We cannot justify purchasing one just to produce bolts for the marker. If anyone would be able to help us with this or is interested please post.
I could offer a free bolt to anyone who can provide us with a marker (or bolt and stripped body).

Sweet. What is the difference between the no O-Ring and the 3 O-ring (besides there being O-rings) bolts?

What sort of velocity change can we expect from stock to delrin bolt? if any?
Are the non-oring bolts a little bigger in diameter in order to properly seal the breach?
What is the weight difference between stock and delrin?
I will be ordering next week after I get back from break.
Looks awesome.
