it matters how you play, I am a front player, so on the break I run to the farthest bunker possible, full speed on the break without being hit by a back player who usually shoot off the break. I choose my bunker before the break and when you get there be sure to slid into it for better protection. By this time people are just becoming aware of your position so you have to act fast and begin shooting at some ones bunker, but the bunker it self but the sides of it so if the they pop their head out you can pick them off, after empting a fourth of a hopper back players will start pelting your bunker with paint, now you need to snap shoot and take out the front players to your sides, not infront of your and when a oppertunity arises where you can move up to a new bunker have a team mate pelt a back players bunker who has an anlge on you so you can move freely, slide into the bunker, but don't start shooting like you did on the break, continue snap shooting and take out all of the reamaining front players, when only a few back players remain(one or two) bunker them and finish the game.

Perhaps explaining to him what "snapshooting" is would help

I am gonna go one step further and give you a link to Durty Dan's tactics page.

http://www.durtydan.com/ddcom/menu.html

That is actually the site map. I am not sure of your skill level, so just find the tactics area and pick for yourself.

I assumed he knew what snap shooting was, and sorry about going into major depth, I kind of got into it.

snap shooting:

Knee on one or two knees and get as close to the bunker as possible near one side (most likely your good side, right handed on the right). Bring your gun up and stick your barrel against the bunker. From behind your bunker pretend you are aiming at the target. once you are aiming at the target lean out of the bunker and you will find that your guns is already aiming at the target, reajust and snap off two or three shots and lean back into the bunker. leaning out, shooting, and pulling back into cover should only take half a second, as though you are snapping out of cover for a spilt second and shooting. thats what it is and why they call it snap shooting. Its essential for a front player.

another thing is that i don't think these guys mentioned is, your backman can't shoot at everyone running its just not possible for one person to hit 5 in a matter of a few seconds unless the other team is really really out of practice, so........when your running to your bunker hold on to your gun with 2!! hands and shoot its easier to hit a moveing target not shooting at you but if you put a little pressure on them sometimes they panic and miss. Also some guys will scream stuff like "YOUR GONE, I SAW IT HIT YOU blah blah blah, them saying that doesn't mean your gone, lol if you didn't feel anything hit pop out and lite their weak tail up, but make sure your quick, also don't get into a rythm of shooting like poping out of the bunker every 2 sec, count in your head 1,2,3 then pop out then 1,2 then 1,2,3,4 then 1 just change it up alot. Hope this helps.

Backmen don't shoot at people on the break, they shoot in a firing lane, an area of the field where it is likely that one or two of the opposition will run through. Back players, on the break, just shoot a lot of paint hoping a player will run through their wall of paint. OR a back player will sweetspot, before the game the backman finds a bunker, ifwhich taken by the other team they would gain a distinct advantage over the backman's team, so on the break the backman pelts the area around the bunker hoping if a opposing front player tries to take it they will surely be taken out by the back player.
