Leaking Noid or Shot LPR

I have an angel a4 with about 80,000 cycles on it. The leak seems to be coming from the back plate which leads me to belive that the solenoid is leaking. so i started to remove shims out of the lpr and after i removed the last shim and the leak is still persisting. Is the lpr shot? all of the o-rings and gaskets look to be in good shape. any one have any ideas?

yeah i lubed it up as soon as i got it and the gaskets seem to be all right i took the back plate off and it seems like the leak might be coming from the ram so i will check and replace those o-rings and then we can take it from there thanks for the help though.
