Magnet Mod

Well I've looked both here and on AOG and can't find ANYTHING on how to do the magnetic trigger mod to my marker. I really want to do this but I can't find it, could somebody either point me in the right direction or just explain clearly how to do it please.

EDIT**** I can get ahold of some trigger magnets from a shocker to do this mod, will those work, and how do I attach them?

ok, here is how to do the mod... I did on my pred 2 IR3 and it works beautifully. Go to radio shack and get some magnets called "rare earth magnets". The are very small but very powerful. (you will find this out when you try to pull them apart). Take off the grip frame and mark where your adjusting screw makes contact with the body. At this point you can either scrape the anno off to get a better grip with the glue or just glue the magnet directly to the anno. Anyways, then just super glue the magnet to the body (making sure it is where the screw made contact with the body). Allow sufficient time fo the glue to cure and you have one badass magnet mod.

the way I posted how to do it will only cost you $10.00 and it cant mess anything up cuz you are only using glue, unless of course you use too much and end up glueing something together that you arent suppossed to and you dont have a week or longer wait to get it back.

what screw are you talking about, or a better question is where is the screw? I'm not quite sure I follow. Oh and could I use shocker trigger magnets cause I can get those for free. Lastly I put one on both the trigger and the body correct?

No you just put one on the body. The screw, depending on what year your angel is is at the very front of the trigger on the top. If you dont have that screw then you need to either get a cobra flat trigger or have some one drill an tap a hole there for a set screw.

Yes, manny is correct. They all can be different. It's more common sense than anything else. When you pull the triiger you pull it towards you so for a magnet mod you would want it to snap back towards the barrel right?

On angel triggers ( depending on year ) there will be an adjustment screw at the front of the trigger on the topr and you will have to take the frame off to access this. Search the nation and the net for "angel magnet mod" and you will find it. Thats how I found out how to do mine.

Here I searched for you. If your trigger does not look like the one pictured then you will have to by a Cobra flat trigger or have some one drill and tap a hole for a set screw for you.
