cheap system

Well my dad needs a new system for work and he doesn't want to spend much. I hate to be this guy and ask for help doing this but it has been about two years since I built my rig and I havent kept up on the hardware.

The reuirements for it are...
2 Ghz CPU
512 MB ram or more
128 MB AGP 8x video card
Motherboard with USB 2.0 and built in LAN and sadly it needs a parallel port
A powersupply that will handel all this
A cheap case

No harddrive or cd drive needed. He is trying to keep it under $400 for all of this.
Any suggestions?

re:

look at the dell 3000 system.the cpu speed meets what you want it also has a hd and a cd-rom and 256 megs of ram and a monitor for 400.00.the only down side is it has pci slots no apg slot to upgrade from the onboard video.if you dont want the monitor the system price drops 50.00
