The "mod" was origionally done by a few guys from the angel-owners board. I think Evolve got on the ball and saw that this was a fix (at least an increased air flow modification) and started issuing the drilled cones with the V2 kit. Cheap research from evolve if you ask me (they should have given trigganometry some props for it).

evolvepaintball is the company that makes and sell the V2, but they're from jolly old ENGLAND. how about a US retailer that sells the V2.

Yah get the V2 kit from them directly, Pay for standard shipping ($10) and get it within a week. I was told it got shipped on a monday and received it on a Thursday. Thats not too bad if you ask me.
