tons....

i was watching these guys do their "warmups" before they played the naughty dogs at the cup last year.

dude, i would have been worn out after "warmups" let alone play a match against the dogs and win something like 13-7

these guys train really hard, and it shows 100x over when they play.

I would also like to know what you guys do for physical training. I have seen you guys play and your front players are hands down the fastest runners. What type of workouts and drill do you do?

they probably just run a lot. like miles. That's how our lacrosse coach makes us faster and I bet it's the same for any sport, even pball.

Squats also help you in short distance sprints (like the 40)

no running miles doesnt make u faster in the 40 sorry


you need to do a sprinting workout

sprint fullspeed for 15 seconds then rest for 90 seconds repeat 9 times every day lower the rest time 10 seconds

pushing yourself to run fast when ur tired will help u run faster when ur fresh

you need to sprint hills.. that is how u get faster

sprint running up and jog coming down and keep repeating it

omg i thought that i was the only person in paintball that new about plyometrics. but coming from a sprinter the hills short 30-40 meter sprints and a good weight training program (including plyos) is great training to get faster.
like i say " the best way to be a better sprinter is to sprint". so to get faster you gotta run

Ya plyometrics is controversial though. But I think it seems to work I did a program to increase vertical leap and it made my jumping so much more explosive. That was for basketball and I have yet to find a program that is tuned more for paintball the quick fast and explosive steps.

swiss miles (soccer field or track spring the length of the field walk the ends) you've just gotta push yourself to run faster when your tired.

I run 13 flights of stairs, try to skip 1 stair every time....that helps with your stride, and how you push off with the front of your feet when you run.

the only thing that running a mile will help with is physical conditioning. it makes you stay fresh for longer. doesn't really help with overall speed. I'm sure the legion runs plenty of those as well a short distance drills.

So about first plaers exercises:
to run fast you need to hav strong legs, thats why you need:
1 make athletic exercises-wich we can show you only in Orlando)))it is hard to explain it))
2 run twenty meeters as fast as you can, per three times!!
3 to seat with weight like 60kg-it will be enough!!!
All other drills on our Masterclass))

agreed. thats what my old soccer team did (yea yea i know soccer is dumb but i dont play any more) that and we were all super fast and it just makes such a big difference in paintball.
