female stabilizer break down

i got a female stabilizer. i bought it used and want to take it apart so i can lube it test it out then send it out to anno. but right now i'm having a problem. on the female stabilizer the female part where the tank goes in it.. does that part come off? cause i used all my methods trying to take it off [ heating, strap wrench, vice grip (this method scratched it cause the leather girp burnt some how )]. anybody got pics of the break down of it? thanks

Try taking it apart from the other side.

But you really don't need to.
A couple of drops of air tool oil run through the system will lube it.

My suggestion is buy another one annodized the way you want then. PPS uses a level III annodizing on their parts. The annodizing goes deep enough that if it's stripped the machining may not match up well when you put it back together re-annodized.

They can annodize it anyway you want from the factory.

so its loctited and has an oring.. and the oring melted when i put the torch to it..

I am thinking it comes apart more or less the same as a male stab, But maybe I am wrong. Check out these threads for how to take apart the male.
