this is my second angel
my first was an led that i gave the world sickest trigger job (arguably) it has magnets a roller bearing and i moved the adjusment points. it is very very light and sick
i would max the led out so consitantly that i bought an 05 speed.
i got it and said
hey, i like my led trigger better
the 05 speed is great but it just wan't light enough for me
i took a look at it and saw they had a magnet pulling the trigger out.
when magnets are closer they have more power
therefore the front magent on the 05 speed provides more resistance at the beginning of the pull (when i choose to have it activate the switch) then at the end. this did not please me so i grinded the magnet carefully until it was hot enough to pop/slide right out.
now it is very sweet
i am just wondering if anyone else found the speed trigger too stiff.
i was so dissapointed in WDP for using the magnets poorly that i grabbed some paper and drafted up the trigger that i had always been waiting for a company to come out with.
i think they know they could make that crazy trigger i designed, but it is more cost effective to ramp.
if i had tools i would make it
screw the effort of making my own trigger system (that dominates everything ever made, but u can't know what it is because someone might steal it)
is there a ramping board for the 05 speed?
help me cheat.
i feel like a baseball player, i gotta cheat to keep up with everyone else.
i want my gun to ramp like barry bonds takes steroids
hmm.. have u removed the fritcion plates on either side of the ball barings there litle rubber disks i took mine out and it fixed my stiffness problem.

like someone else said a while ago...WDP finally comes out with the sickest trigger in the world, something that is capable of returning so fast to the rest position that it can be pulled again faster then most any trigger out there...and all you want to do is screw with it?
You call it heavy? Give me break dude...if thats too heavy for you to pull you need to start lifting finger weights. Its the sickest stock trigger I'v ever seen in my life, I absoltuly love it the way it is...
Put front adjuster all the way forward, and the back one just far enough for a short trigger pull. Then put the activation point right behind the start of the pull. Set your debounce settings on its lowest, and watch the "ramping feel" fun. It doesn't actually ramp, but the stock trigger is so nice at not allowing any low speed bounce that it almost feels like ramping because it doesn't kick in until high ROF.
Cobolt to Black polished 05 Angel Speed
Red w/Black parts Ironmen Intimidator, Frenzy 113
after i made that post i took a closer look at the manual.
it turns out when i got my speed the wheels were in teh wrong positions. the large magnet in the front.
i am going to ask ken crane for a new wheel and that should fix everything.
Thats why you get the preditor... Ever seen a gun without preditor hit 38.5 bps? I dont think so. I have seen a preditor'd speed hit 38.5 who knows what an 05 speed would hit. Lmk if you want to see vid
Dwell has nothing to do with Trigger snubbing. Set your de-bounce to the 5th LED or 2nd down from top and let 'er rip. The 6th LED or very top LED is for demo purposes only if you have the latest version 05 Speed as it won't let you shoot paint. Otherwise, it is the same as the 5th LED.
anyone wanna buy an 05 speed?
if ken crane doens't accept returns i will sell it to someone for 900
its brand new, i shot like 50 paintballs through it
im gonna go ahead and continue this post on the F/S/T
