The Mongoose is a M3 Black Dragun copy (it was originally designed by Twisted Paintball, as the M3 BD Factory gun, only 13 ever made, but Twisted and M3 had a fall out, therefore, Twisted went to Gino @ NPS, sold the rights of manufacture to him, then released it under the Diablo name) it uses the old M92 frame, the same frame the old Black Draguns used

Q: Can you use any other feednecks on the Mongoose?
A: Yes, IF you have a threaded feedneck you can use Angel feednecks. Link (Confirmed by: weeeethoma)

Q.What is the barrel thread type?
A. It has Spyder threading.

Q. How do you adjust the trigger?

A. No never oil you Derlin Bolt it will swell and will cause problems only the O-Ring(s) an use very little like a drop or less...

"The Zip Kit is an upgrade kit that will convert a standard stacked tube blow-back marker into an electro pneumatic air ram marker.

The Zip Kit will upgrade slim striker bodied Spyders, Spyder clones, etc "

This kit will fit the Mongoose just fine, plus it replaces all the internals, as well as the front block, regulator and the grip frame. It works on all the Clones. Dragun originally designed it as the "ONE" kit, but since they are no longer around, someone else redesigned and re-released it. It's also compatible with the T-1/ T Board. I think that the Rocking trigger is that good. How fast is it well how fast can you walk a trigger? i feel you limited to the speed of your own fingers. for me I would say i can walk 5x's faster then the full auto 13. It's hella fast but with that said if i would have known that Scenario Dreams Rick'n grip frame with the t-board I would have bought that one Link

The stabilizer should be moved to the regulator, because thats what it is, a regulator.


Also, Round Autococker detents and Angel Detents may solve your chopping issues, we use them on the Tes/T- 1, since we have the same problem with Halo's pushing paint past the stock ones. The ones you listed a link to, hex style, wont work, at least not on our guns, Diablo products may differ.

Lastly, there is an Electro Pnuematic kit on the market, that turns stacked tube blowbacks ( Spyder/M3/Dragun Clones ) into Electro pnuematic guns, loke the Timmy's, Pulses', etc.

Along with QEV's that help eliminate FSDO (or first shot drop off) that is associated with electro pnuematics.

Also, there is an adapter (for those of you using the Dragun front block) to add a Cocker type LPR to the Zip kit:

As well as the infamous Dragun Tooth Trigger, which should fit the Mongoose frame, since itss an older M92 frame ( M3 Black Dragun ) make sure you select Black Dragun trigger.

Also do you know and can confirm that the Modification will and do work on the Mongoose II? If not can you Please remove them until they are confirmed.

And the hex detents do work.
