My english teacher was talking about something like this but I didn't pay any mind to it although I wish I would've. It was in the portland mercury a few months ago something about how paint ball banning should be recognized for our children's safety some gay **** like that, you know how that goes. I think the mercury has a link you guys can look up for this article it was by the same daria that works at our kupl station. she's a trippy journalist and puts alot of bias in her work but she has alot of power so I dono where this case could go, hopefully not that far though. If paintballing does become illegal looks like im gonna go back to fishing

Courts don't make laws; they enforce them. A judge might be able to issue an injunction against playing paintball, but I'm sure it would be challenged and it doesn't seem likely it would survive.

If a bill gets introduced into your legislature, that's when you have to get active.

The courts purpose is to interpret the law. Court rulings show how the law should be interpreted in the future. Congress makes laws.
