if it is true to find out all someone has to so is go into your local court house and ask for that judge dockets.the court has to file a docket for a date and post it in local papers for 90 days before the court date.so both pro and con ballers can be there.

Yea, I'm going to have to throw the BS flag on this one. I went to their website (www.heraldtribune.com) and didn't find a thing about paintball after a bunch of different keywords.

WTF kind of logic is this, find tht man stick a paintball gun in his bum and pull the trigger till it goes click.

This is possible BUT not probable. It is to controversal and florida has many other things to worry about than paintball banning so going to a high court is unlikely, and a bill would have to be passed , too much work. The worst that would probably happen is restrictions and such, like i.d.'ing to see if ur 18 to get the marker and can only buy tanks at organized sanctions. and maybe only being able to have the marker be gsed and active at a paintball field but for it to be cut cold 100% is very unlikely.

First off, this is definitley shens. You can't ban something, as many point out, jus because various instruments are used to commit violence. I.e. hunting, guns kill people, but hunting or owning a gun is not illegal.
However, many people that have posted here have no idea what they're talking about, and I'd like to point that out, so no one gets the wrong idea.
