do you have to have top netting on a field in the city? and in a field in a more secluded area, do you have to have netting to protect the spectators? because i thought i saw some pictures where the spectators were in a grand stand and the field was open.

yes youd have to top it in the city.. an you can only play until duck..(no night games) and it has to be a certain distance from neighboring houses..
