Pball Being banned in the state of flordia

Paintball will try to be banned in the state of florida due to many random late night shootings a Miami. Judge (Gegson) has seen to many cases like this and said quote " This is just a sport that cannot be controlled , it is to violent and must be stopped, anyone who plays is most likey doing the crimes". This is a sad day for all of us paintball players. This act wont be in court till June 2, 2005. Credits say banning pball is in the faviorties for winning the case. If you live in the state of florida and play paintball you better start playen before this act might be passed!

But that quote sounds really stupid. Long as the pber's get a good lawyer they should win, cause you can't just ban pb, for minor crimes. Thats like banning baseball because some dude got beat up with a bat.

no, they cant really do that, unless they take it to a higher court and such, just a miami judge cant ban it for the netire state, it probably wont be passed anyway

You should get some of your friends to go in and testify stating that paintballers DO NOT comit those cromes. Only people with nothing better to do than hurt innocent people do that. Plus paint costs too mcuh to just waste like that

But then again i doubt it will be banned because if the baned paintball then they would have to ban baseball because what about all those people who get beat up by other people with baseball bats, So i highly doubt paintball will be banned in Florida

Yea....and about the baseball bat thing. If baseball bats are being used to comit some crimes, does that mean that major league players are doing it.........

There's no way some dip**** judge can decide this on his own, no matter what some irate parents might be. Good waste of time.

I know one thing i'd take to court is that i'd make the state buy all the guns back.. Make some bogus claim that they cant be sold online because nobody wants a florida gun..

even if they passed it, just think of the rebellion that would start, florida would be a hell whole for all the pb players and people would never let up on the subject.....to contorversial to pass; i dont think itll happen

too bad paintball is already banned in many countys... It would be nice to have a good amount of ballers from the florida area to find out where the court is and if it's open or not and show support for the sport, or protest outside like the tree huggers... i sure as hell will be
