Just tried my new DEZign Bolt with my RACE

I just tried my new DEZign bolt and OMG this thing is amazing. Using Mat's method, I was able to drop my best load time from 22 to 7! Before the sear wouldnt catch until I had it my open time at 20+ now it will run fine under 10. Also the seal is great I havent noticed any loss in FPS compaired to my freeflow bolt which uses two o-rings.

jynx,

Half-blocks only take the half-block bolt for now. I might just call DEZign and see if they could do one that fits. I might need one also!

Talking fill me in

I don't know what a half block is but I'm sure it's not a problem that I can't do. Very cool to hear how the DEZign bolt performed for ya. makes it all worth while. you do know that I make these in my garage right?

DEZ only problem on doing them manualy is this. You proably wont be able to make me a bolt for my style back block. It is the type with the screw in bolt. The Cole system are whatever you want to call it. Hey if you can I'm interested. I just don't want to switch back blocks since you know it is all matching. It is the bolt 2k and 2k1 darks came with and some freeflows if that helps you understant what I'm talking about. By the way the bolt you made for the guy that started this thread is quite nice I checked it out the other day. He was so excited about being able to increase his Races ROF he called me as soon as he got it set right to tell me what he got it up to.
later,
jcc

Talking Screw it!

Hey what kind of Machinist would I be if I couldn't do it????
I would need your back block and your bolt sent to me . yes it would be my first but like I said. I am a manual machinist. I figure if I could modify my jet ski's trim to have more torque and move faster by cutting off the old threads and putting double lead threads in it then make a pressed in slug to match....the bolt would be fairly easy for me.

Thanks,
jcc
