TES is only firing 1/10 shots

I've had a TES for a while but this just started happening a while ago. When I air it up it shoots fine but after like 2 minutes it begins to act up. I'll try shooting fast and you can hear the noid actuate but it will only fire like the first shot of that string of shots. So if I go very slow it will fire on every shot but any faster than that and it just skips around. Also, what can I do about the green o-ring that keeps popping on, I tried teflon tape underneith them but that did do it.
