Official Pressure/LPR/Dwell setting thread
I would like to get a thread going with a good list of what people are useing for their pressures, incase someone, like myself and I'm sure many others, wanted to use it to fine tune their own settings...
I basically want to know what input pressure your running, what LPR pressure, and your dwell time (state if useing a stock board or Tboard). Also how many shots of your specific size tank would be helpful also...
Reason for this is the vast options to run and I don't really have the time to try all these different things to determine what works best.
I just got my Tboard installed, and I see JDmoto posted about running a 7ms dwell time and getting 1k shots off a 45/45 (I believe this is what I read)...I see others running a 4 or 5ms dwell and I'm assuming higher pressures.
What I want is something easy on paint, and usually a higher dwell (as with my angel will do that) will be easier on the paint. What are you guys finding works best? I am running my dwell currently at 7ms, and a LPR of just under 100 w/qev. Without a QEV, I'm sure I could get it lower, but the QEV isn't the most freeflowing barb on the market, so I might have to keep the LPR kinda high. I get very nice consistancy, no shootdown, and little kick. I haven't shot it enough to determine its efficiency however...
Let me know your guys thoughs and settings on this. Let try and keep this thread going so that when new people ask what to set their pressures to, we have a good account of others findings.
