Well I'm not sure If I should be posting this and I don't really care. On Friday I called Powerlyte and was told that " We are expecting to debut the ISIS at the first XSP event, and we are working to have pre-orders ready in about 3 weeks. We are also currently working on getting some pics and videos of the finished production models".

Now I'm not sure who I talked to but it was an employee of Powerlyte whom I would expect to be in the know.

Perhaps, I'm not quite sure. You should call and clarify that for us

Procrastinating? I can assure you Powerlyte isn't procrastinating they are working very hard to get the ISIS out. They aren't just sitting around in a room full of ISIS' goin hmm lets make everybody wait a little bit... With the amount of money that Paul has already spent on R&D, and production you can best believe he is doing everything he can to get this marker out to you guys as soon as possible.

Remember you can't just think I wanna make a new gun then have it out 2 or 3 months later, these things take alot of time.

Cool

I wonder if PL has the actual manufacturing muscle to produce the Isis in the manner they want to? Could it be that they came up with an excellent design, got screwed by the Smart Parts patent thing causing a slight delay, then something else happend? There has got to be another reason for all these delays other than what has already been told to us... Despite all that, though, what I don't like is the far and few attempts at communicaiting with all of us that are interested in the Isis. If they were more active in the forums (even if all they ever said was we are working on it please bare with us) then I'd be fine with all of it. I really hate the lack of good communication with the customers.

I think PL has all the manufacturing muscle needed to build the ISIS how they'd like, that isn't the problem. While the lawsuits set them back a good while (rethinking design and such) another problem came in that Paul is a perfectionist. Paul wants everything exactly right.. He liked the grips, but they werent perfect, so he redesigned the grip frame, which caused a board redesign, and probably some other stuff to go along with all that. But this makes the wait worth it all, because i'm sure Paul will not be happy until he knows the ISIS is the best.

it's march. they have untill two weeks after my tax-return, than i'm getting a DM4. which, will be my second gun. if it's released than, or around than, i may sell (dm4) and buy, or just wait till mid-end summer and it it up.

beginning-mid april i want to have another gun, wether it is a DM4 or isis, is for powerlyte to decide

i will add, for no reason at all, that should they get updated pics, or a video, i'll add 1 week to my grace period before i look for #2
