Question Which is more efficient?

I have heard something from one of my teammates that N2 on an Impulse or any Smart Parts marker is not efficient i the use of gas? Is this true? Is CO2 or N2 more effecient? I am new to the Impys and would really appreciate the advice that some of you could give to me.

Thank you

either way its efficient, but i would use n2 over co2 cause co2 is dirty, where as n2 is clean
