Check your battery. Then Adjust your LPR. If that doesn't work let me know.

I actually have this guys gun in my hands it has just been cleaned and lubed, battery replaced, and the Hpr was reset to factory settings 225-275psi. I did not however adj. the LPR is that the next logical step? If after adjusting it to factory specs it still doesn't fix the problem then what?

Yes, adjust the lpr, that should do it. if that doesn't work, i can't think of anything other than what you've done already

This is an old problem one of my buddies had. I remember calling ICD a few years ago and they told me to flip one of the dip switches (I think it was 5 or 7?) and that worked.

All the dip switches should be set to off.
Make sure there is a spring inside the ram. Take the ram cap off and look.
Pull the bolt and unscrew the entire ram and make sure it is lubed and sliding nice (Slick Honey or Dow 33).
When you are happy that the ram is lubed and there is a spring in there, put it all together and set the regs.
Set the HPR to 225ish.
Set the LPR by slowly turning it in until you hear a leak from the inside of the frame area, then turn it back 1/4 turn before the leak.
Now try it. Set velocity with the HPR.

ipaintball is correct accept it's dip 5 and 6. Those deal with dwell. You may need to raise it. turn 5 on and try it out . If it still drops off turn 5 off and 6 on. The ram spring also prevents first shot drop off so not having it can cause your problem. If that is coupled with the lack of dwell than that would cause severe drop off which you seem to have

^^do what acidrain said^^ if that doesn't fix it, then read below.

This seems kind of odd. Are you saying you pull the trigger 2 times and nothing happens, but on the third it fires? IF this is the case, there should not be 3 balls coming out because the bolt would have to go forward to let the next ball in the breech.

--Is the bolt moving forward on these 2 first shots that go nowhere?

Check for a weak detent. Since it is an old bushy, I would replace the detent if it has not been replaced in awhile.

So far though ive got it down to LPR and batteries.....check detents.....dip switches? again i thought that was all about speed........and im shure im forgeting something else.

Its behind the shaft, it keeps the ram forward when not aired, it elimates FSDO which you are having problems with.
