CP reg question on my BKO
if i get the cp reg with the gauge port and put a gauge on it, will there be a point in the HPR gauge already on the bko? or will the reg gauge be input and the HPR guage on the bko be output?

huh? are you asking if there is a gauge port on the cp and what they measure? if so, just buy the one without the port, and the one on your asa will measure the output. if you buy a cp with a gauge port, it would just measure the input twice. unless you like gauges, just get a gaugelss one.

didn't see it before i posted. i have the short and it looks fine. but personally i like the short over the long. just my opinion.

and also, how do you take the reg off? i can unscrew the bottom part of it, but how do you take off the whole thing? is it the 2 allen wrench screws i need to take off thats near the top of the reg? sorry, i dont have the instruction manual.

Put a allen wrench in the hole and turn it or use a strap wrench.
The guage would be redundant. You dont need another one.
The long reg looks much better imo. Ill post a pic of my bko later.

the long one will make your gun a litle more consistant and slightly lower pressure, because it has a big air chamber in it

i like the long cuz i got bigger hands and it fits nicly. and to get it off i put the top part (that ur having problems with)in a bech vise paded of corse and twist it off.
