Hey guyz, since ur considered one of the most feared xball teams in the world, do u do any special training program outside paintball?could u give me more details on that? from your interviews that i have read on mags or seen in dvds u seem pretty relaxed about your paintball training although u said that this should change, what about keeping fit then? thnx.

our new training is pretty strict.

we live eat and breathe paintball. that means we go running every day, weight lifting every other day, and eat a healthy diet.

we try to play 3-4 times a week. at least 2 times though a week.

do you guys play or practice mostly and what do you usually do when you practice? what type of drills i mean.

We dont have a training plan or anything like that......enough trust between peeps to do it on their own.....everyone does different things....but we all try and play 2-3 times a week wether we are playin w/ eachother or not......Usually we drill on our own on off weekends.

nice! and do u train off paintball together. i mean go to the gym as a team in order to increase the drive of people that are bored or each player goes by himself (in the case that u do not leave closely to eachother)
