Slf isnt a chip/board its the milling it stands for "so f-ing light"
they come with new milling custom anno to ur liking(if u buy them from a bad boys toyz) and they have new trigger, new reg, the lowest of low feednecks. Its super low cuz st milled the hump away from the body so they used the size of the impulse feednecks(no rise fit just the ball in the chamber). I love those guns heres a pic

that is tj's st dm4 from Team Never
he has the stock (height) dm4 feed neck on, he has a old origianl one i think so his dint come with some things(reg, new feedneck)

SFL is lighter, I believe.

Also, with SFL's, the problems regular DM4's had with some barrels have been considered because the breech threads are milled.

ive played at practice with one of em once, it is lighter but you ont really notice it with your hopper and tank on it, but without ur hopper and tank it is barely lighter, it shot just the same as my dm4 very fast super accurate and i really liked the ST trigger, other than that its just for looks, i really dont like the looks but it still is a kick *** gun and if i had the extra cash after i buy my new gun i would buy one

it would be just as fast as a stock dm4, they have the same board...unless its the trigger, then spend 15 bucks and put 1 on

Agreed.... U-G-L why? Cause it is.

I dunno, something about artistic liscense in there somewhere or something. The ST logo everywhere is a turnoff as well, ESPECALLY THAT DANG TRIGGER! Grr @ Trigger! But I dunno, just doesn't seem as sleek as the regular DM4....

Actually, the trigger has grown on me. What I don't like is that they took away the sleek looks of the DM4. That's really the only reason I like the DM4 more than the DM5: the looks. The DM5 is pretty cool looking, but it just doesn't seem to flow like the DM4 does.

And the Shocktech is just an abomination. There's no rhythm to the lines, they just cut wherever they could, and crossed their fingers that it would look good. Unfortunately, it didn't.

i have Billy creanskies dm4 its not the shocktech dm4 but it has a shocktech trigger and it is faster than any with other triggers even with the stock chip in it. i personally dont like the ST dm4 just because of the millinf it makes it like a box and reminds me of my old POS impy nd that scares me lol!!!
