i was wondering what pressure i whould be runnin my omen at, low around 300 or high around 500?

300 psi is about where most of them operate

Yeah, with a crappy gauge mine says like 350 or lower.

thats about right cause those mini guages can be off by 50-100 psi.

mine usually runs around 180-200 shooting 260-270fps...

how do u adjust the regulator low but at the same time keeping ur velocity up

That's what your Guage says...your must be one of the ones that is off by 100 psi, lol. Omens do not run that low, sorry.

Not unless they have a special valve... i had both my Omens runnning at 200 psi at one point. Found that the gun isn't as consistant that low so i brought it back up around 300... works great now.

i tea bag mine every night.... i run 210psi at 280fps.... with "special valve" and other special features
