Got in a car accident this morning
I'm so pissed. I was on my way to work, and 2 blocks from my house some pregnent(sp) lady side swipes me. It's freaking pooring rain, so we were out in the rain getting each others insurance information.
i decided not to go to work after that. I came home and called the insurance company and stuff. I'm so pissed.

The whole driver side is dented in. It's just body damage, so I really won't be able to get any money out of it, just a free repair and a free rental from the Insurance company. But it's such a hassle.
And my beautiful car looks so crapy now. It should be fixed in like a few days...i hope.

word of advice. Go get 3 estimates from dealers and body shops. Insurance companies low ball everything and cut lots of corners.
When I got side swiped. I had private estimates done each was about $1600 in damage. The insurance co looked at it and offered me $700. Then I whipped out the 3 estimates and got what I deserved.
