yes there are people who are in ib here, yes there are people here smarter than you. if you think you are better than somebody else b/c you are in IB then yes, you are way out of place, here and in life.

I supposed Im doing preety well in HS so far(freshman) I am A low A high B student, all exept for one ****ty class, english.
Im a fairly smart person I think, just lazy. English is like the epidomy (sp) of gay classes. Put it this way, I got everything right on one homework assignment, she hands it back with no corrections other than a 18/20 no marks anywhere, even though everything was right I got an a- (im not mad about that had I gotten something wrong, but somethings amiss when you get a perfect on something yet dont get full credit.)

We basically do the same ****ty, boring stuff every day in english. Lets read this horrible story in your literature book, do the quick write, write in your journal and read some ****ty mandatory book for 9th grade and then do some worksheets on that. Considering theres ONE person with an A in that class, and the average is a c+, im not gonna try harder just because its got to be the most boring, uneduational, repetative, horrible bull**** of a class I've ever taken.

Another thing:
We had to write a letter to some old, stupid author about a literature story and turn it in, I did and we got corrections, which is normal because everyone had to fix something. I change all the stuff that was supposedly wrong and turn it in, guess what, she gives it back to me with more corrections saying I didnt do it write. It takes 3-4 tries to write the letter when it should have been 2 should she actually teach us something. I could go on about the mindless dribble she tries to implant in our minds which turns out shes teaching us absolutly nothing and fast.

Its like learning nothing, expecting to know what you learned(remeber, you hadnt learned anything), taking a test on what you should have learned, and even if somehow aceing the test, still get an 88%.

Yeah, if you subtract the new section, I would've gotten a 1210, no prep. After prep, on the new SAT, I think I can probably get a 2000.
