Question Empire E-vents

I am going to be getting a pair and want to see what you all think about them. Do they have good foam or breathing holes. I want to know stuff like that and if you like them or not. Thanks alot!!

people at my field say they can be a bit on the hot side, keep in mind I'm in Arizona and sometimes we experience 110 and up weather

i bought one recently. They feel great. Comfortable, easy to breath through and they look awesome. Although, because i'm 6'1 and fat (235), I noticed they're hella small for my face. If you're a bigger guy, I would suggest going with something else. I'm currently thinking about picking up either a grills or profiler from V-Force. I live in hawaii, and I didn't feel that it was hotter than it was suppose to be while playing under the sun.

I currently have a pair right now and i love them, easy to breathe though, the odd time gets hot but most of the time its doesnt, and it does echo your voice for the not always but sometimes, some people that have this mask say its hard to breathe though it and its as if your breathing through cardboard but my advice is, if your buying from a store try it on to see if you like it, becuase i feel the breathing problems are personal preference becuase some people have some and some people dont. other than that, there confortable and a good overall mask.

doesnt matter what mask your wearing, its going to be an oven in there.. and the events does have these 3 little foam pieces by your jaw bone to stop your voice from echoing off the front of the mask and hitting your ears, plus it keeps your breathing right in the front by the vents.. but honestly, if your not sponsored by empire, then dont buy it..
the grillz would probably be a better choice..
better vision, bigger mask, easy at-field lense removal.. looks better, and is down right comfy...
every1 i know that uses the eVents says they would much rather use grillz..

I have noticed more sweet pouring off of me then with my old Vforce, There is also an issue with light coming into the top of the mask, even with the visor on. It doesn't bother me all that much, some people it does. There are lines sometimes in your line of site. I love mine though they look hot

they breath ok but not the best out there. Your voice also echo's very badly and if your yelling to someone the echo is so loud it hurts your ears. I had the vents avatars, so maybe the e-vents with soft ears won't have the loud echo issues.

i dont see what echo every one is talking about...
maybe its just the shape of your head that determines the echo...
i mean i hear my voice, but thats given, but i dont hear a loud echo that would bother anyone..

Same. However, it is kind of hard to breathe in. Not to mention that my foam keeps coming off.

The foam comes off the top but can easily be fixed Via glue gun

and they are called ventz....but they are hard to breathe out of and it kinda muffles your voice compared to a flex7

good thing is the foam at the bottom so if u get shot in the cheek it doesnt feel like your getting slapped...plus you get a lot of bounces with this mask

Absolutely love mine (i have the carbon fiber version). They haven't fogged yet + are extremely comfy. Voice does amplify some, but not a big issue.

E-vents or Grillz, nothing but. All my friends have Dye i3 Pro's, there always taking fog breaks.

i never fog up in my events..
and i run drills once a week at my local park(sprinting, sliding, etc) plus a day at the field for practice..
and i run untill i cant feel my thigh muscles..
huge fast breathes under that mask and i still dont get fogged up..
it does take some force behind your breathe for it go through the vents, but thats because it only has vents in the front, no sides or corners, but all the foam funnels your breathe to the vents...
pretty efficient, but a lot of masks have more vents making it feel more breathable, but they dont have anything keeping your breathe from the lenses... hence foggage...

I really like the Empire E-vents mask (a definite buy), but it hurts like hell if you get shot in the ear with those foam eargaurds.

Do you think e-vents or profilers are better

never used the profilers, but every one i know says the grillz is soooo much better, theres nothing wrong with the eVents, but the grills has easy disassembly and better peripherals..
but im purdy sure the grillz was designed off the profilers..
so im sure the profilers would be a nice choice if you dont want to come up with 90 bux for the eVents..

ok...here comes my stupid question...

I was looking at a new mask, and am certain I need a thermal lensed mask, due to fogging issues...so while looking, I noticed that the Empire E-Vents look pretty much identical to the Vents Avatar...so much in fact, I am compelled to ask, are they the same mask, just different manufacturers? and do they both take the same lenses?

thanks in advance for any and all help!!

The only differences in avatar and e-vents, are the e-vents have softears, and empire logos and an empire strap.

the avatars have the hard plastic ears, and have vents logos and strap.

they use the same lense
