Mayhem vs Nova

Ive heard about the mayhem's bad trigger and how it may shoot when u run... is this only in the older style or in both of them. Is the Mayhem EC the newer model? Which one preforms better the mayhem or nova? thanks, would like to get one of the two.

I'm no master on either, that's Stray and the rest of'em, but I would suggest the Nova. Don't ask me why, but just go with it

Actually it's because I haven't heard people having as many problems with them as with the Mayhem.

From my limited experience with Mayhems, go with a Nova. Much less problematic!

Go a Nova. The original design on the Mayhem was for the solenoid to be operated by the trigger exclusively, no board. PGI added the board and it never performed well. It chops like mad but if you want a project gun I have one and a Firestorm two finger trigger that will fit on it, rare.

Stray-

How much you want for the Firestorm frame? I don't know why I'm asking, I already have a few Firestorms, but if the frame is black that would be sweet.....

I like my mayhem

I mean even though I blew the back block off with a bad max flow and the guy at pgi told me it was scrap. I told them to send me the parts I needed and I put it right back together. No problem, simply as dirt. But don't use an impulse feedneck. It causes the bolt to hang on the feed tube and that is one nasty sound. I shot it yesterday and It was faster than I remember. I'll post pictures of my b*st*rd tuesday for a laugh. It's like a cmopletely different gun.

p.s. nice to be back after 2 years, wheres ren?
