Backlight + Alias= Does it exist????

Well today I got my Alias. It shoots great and all, but does it have a backlight for the LCD. I mean my old 2K2 did, but my Alias seems to not have one. I held the buttons until I got to the settings mode, but no use. Has anyone ever had this problem? If so is there a back light or is my board messed up?

btw the reason I ask this is because the peice of paper that came seperate w/ my manual that was meant for the newer style Timmy's said you hold the 1/2 membrane pad buttons and presto the light would go on, but hey as I said before the manual sucks.

I've NEVER heard of an Alias with a backlight.

As for not being able to see the LCD clearly, cut out the clear plastic section on your grips.
