Ashcroft Gauge

Hey. My timmy right now is running on a 0-600 gauge and its not accurate enough for me to hit withing 10psi of 85psi. So I'm thinking of upgrading my gauge. I've been hearing about ashcroft gauge? Where can I get those at? If not those, should I just get a 0-300? Thanks.

Not sure where you can get an Aschroft guage, my guess is you can contact Blast, they will either sell you one or tell you where you can get one. The Ashcroft guage happens to be one of the most accurate on the market.

Currently I'm using a Bob Long mini guage, 0-300. Not the most accurate guage in the world, but it works. I've heard some people have had problems with their Bob Long mini guages functioning at all.

Personally, if you don't hate the way Aschroft guages look, I would pick one up.

I don't mind how they look. Just want to know where to get one. Anyone know where I can get one without contacting BLAST? Thanks

Go to www.ashcroft.com.

Take a look at an Ashcroft guage on a timmy and look for a part number, or see if you can identify the guage on their webpage. You could even email them a picture of the Ashcroft guage on a timmy.

I think its worth sacrificing an unnoticable difference in accuracy, for that smaller size. I took many hits to the guage when I had an ashcroft. its probably just my shooting posture, but I do take shots to the guage.

If you're looking for a small, good looking guage, pick up a Bob Long mini guage: http://www.sakworldpaintball.com/boblo0mi.html

Here's a picture of one on my timmy:

You are looking at the Hybrid Rdrive Inline regulator. In that picture you are seeing the Hybrid Rdrive with a torpedo base.

hmmm, do they have like, smaller scale gauges? it'll be nice if can fine tune it to 75...like, instead of increments of 10 on the ashcroft and going to 300...maybe they can put it in incrememnts of 5 and put it to 150?

I got an ashcroft 0-100 psi guage. The face is smaller than the bob long mini guage but it is thicker from threads to the face. I bought mine for about 10 shipped each. You can get them here http://www.mcmaster.com/ This is the title for the ones I bought "Gearless Mini ABS-Case Gauges-5% Full-Scale Accuracy"

the most accurate gauge is one that will run in the middle of it's range, so if you want it to be accurate at 80psi then you should be using a 160 psi gauge. although hard to find and rather expensive, so i went to 200 psi gauges. 20.00 cdn send me a pm and we can talk.
