having a few ram problems, and halo jamming

This could probally be solved by simply buying an adjustable ram cap however i have a stock ram with stom ram cap and for some reason my ram cap is set back to far. I dont think its the bumper because my timmy is pretty new. Im not positive if its set to far back but i can see part of the black bolt o ring...and my halo always jams for some reason. I was using black paint but i dont think thats the problem. Any suggestions?

sounds more like your bolt is to far forward. if you can look in the feed tube and see part of the oring, take out your ram and look at the bumper, just cause it's new means nothing

Seems like your bolts fine...maybe even too far forward as he said...^^^

My guess would be that is the paint, because halos HATE with a passion black paint. Id say if you used a different color, it would work much better...

Yeah, normal Halos don't work with black shelled paint. The eyes can't see it. If you get an Empire loader, you should be fine with black shells.

If that doesn't work, just get an adjustable cap and be done with it.
