Mine's too small

so i want a 16" barrel.

What i can't decide is which front for my freak, the teardrop or the all-american.

which one has the longest stretch WITHOUT porting?

any pics out there?

any prefs?

go quick before someone wises up and shovels this off to barrel forum hell.

Secondly - any one got pics of either the voodoo low rise or the lowrise twister from smartparts?

does the SP twister work? i didn't like the demonicstrangler.

i just installed it and havent played with it yet. it does hold the hopper better than the stock high rise. i heard that with non-visions it will help make it chop but i wanted to try it and see for myself

i just put a low rise on my rat. no chops after 2 hoppers except when the hopper ran out and only when gravity was left to feed the ball. get a halo they rock! just for the record i chopped repeatedly with just a 12v revy and the stock high rise.

yeah but he could be a back player are wood baller who needs distance and accuracy...its just his preference...i had a cuztom products barrel that was only ported at the muzzel break...nice barrel...for a freak...the teardrop has the longest unported strech...but ME i like the clean cut looks of the AA...plus they now have them in the 10" 12" 16" fronts i believe...i didn't notice any difference between the two front performance...just the STYLES...but that is ur decision

current freak tips:
12 teardrop
14 aa

i figure that instead of two mid-sized barrels, i oughta get a long one and a short one, so short if playing up front, or if playing supair have the long for bunker pushing/squashing.

Why?

Just an FYI.....the front part of the freaks are step bored.....the ball never touches it, incase your looking for an effeciency gain by having less porting(like say on a lapco).

yeah yeah, but i want as little ported area for less place for the paint to go in a break/chop

i also believe in magic and the gas flowing forward will gently push the ball ahead and the porting would just let the magic gas out the sides. what can i say, we all have faith in some stupid ideas here and there.

Oh, i would think you would want less porting, or the porting to be at the end of the barrel for LP, and better efficency....
