Q???

OK so i got my 2004 bko bout a week ago and got to shoot it yesterday. Me and my bud aired it up and started shooting.. the balls went a max of 20 feet. Im pretty sure it has to do with the reg cuz i took it apart when i got it to make sure everythin wus in order and i think i might have put the piston back upside down.
cud this be the prob or might there be another cause?

lube all parts where metal touches metal and all prings on both LPR and HPR.... turn hpr to abotu 250-275 on gauge and turn lpr all the way down. turn clockwise LPR until it cycles without shootdown or other issues...

LPR not feeding pressure to ram, bolt upside down, valve rotated so air is blocked from getting to bolt, low battery. Any of these can be causing your problem. You haven't said exactly what you disassembled and haven't adquately described how it is operating. Does the ram move forward rapidly when it fires or is it moving weakly?

the bolt upside down would mean it probley wouldnt even fire if the pull pin didnt properly connect with the hammer/ram...

So many people air thier guns up and just start shooting without knowing how to set the regs (shakes head).
Now you've lost a part (shakes head again).

Just turn the lpr out until it leaks then turn it in until it stops. Then on the HPR turn it to about 280.

If that doesnt work try what they^^^^^^said
