But how did you guys and your former teams first start out on the rookie/novice scene. My team is just starting to get in to the tournament scene, which is, as you know, extremely pricy. We need a sponsor and have bad luck finding one. Just wanted to know how some of you started...

Travis, LB, Andy and I all played together for a long, long time. We started playing the local tournaments and kept moving up as we'd do better.

The easiest way to get sponsorship is through a local store. They're looking to make money, so show them how you can promote the store and the events you'll be going to. It'll be expensive at first, it was for all of us.

OK thanks I know I can go farther than just my novice team but I dont think my team will take me there. I'll just have to find good competition and start another team.
