Hydrodipping markers

Does anyone know this process... does this change the dimensions of the inside of the marker.. or does the paint stick only to the outside of the marker.. i see they dip'd guns on there.. but was wondering about the process... anyone know.. this looks awesome... and wanted to try this intsead of the etching i was planning on doing.. any thoughts or comments.

would add the same amount as paint, although have you seen the thickness of the sheets they use? I doubt it will make a noticeable difference, even then you can talk too them about removing paint-film that gets on the inside if your really need too. I would just recommend contacting the place you plan having do this to your gun and ask them.
