WOOHOOO! Sticky grips should be available for the E-2 sometime soon from PI!

So, I've been looking around for info on sticky grips and trying to see if there's any way in which I can drill and tap my trigger handle so that current stickies will fit the BD. I sent a messaged to a variety of companies including KAPP, PI, and Check It Products. I received a reply from Jack Williamson at PI:
"..sticky grips are in the works but not yet available.."

sounds promising!

abra, it's definitely better than "never", but don't count your eggs til there hatched...

And after I apologize for the horrible cliche, let me rephrase by illuminating the fact that Pi can say just about anything they want--and have! They have told me all kinds of wonderful stories about how soon they were going to have something...

My personal bet: they will eventually come out with "stickies" for the BD, but they will be so mediocre and half-assed that the only reason we will but them is because we have no other option...

well guess what I got.....A company. well, a little THING that me and a guy in canada have. With our OWN line of grips, drops, and other stuff like barrels, bolts, and what ever will be soon.

As for the grips, where trying to get a patent before any big company does, because it has a diffrent THING than any other grip but is still sticky style. It is CnC milled wood with a coating of some STUFF that the dude in CA has. any way, email me for pics of what we have. I will send them after he sends them to me and post them up here too.

Those wood grips sound interesting. One thing though, if they made sticky grips there would be a problem. The solinoid sticks out on each side of the grip. With ABS plastic this is ok, but with stickies it could be a bad thing. They could smoosh against the solinoid and make it inoperable, or maybe even brake it. I really do want new grips though, I hate the hard ugly ones it comes with. The grips are the only realistic problem for me about the gun, other than it doesn't have A.C.E and its not LP.
