i have a question, i am missing the lower grub screw on my max flow reg, will this effect anything and where can i get a new one?

This is good EXCEPT for one correction; you are NOT supposed to screw the bolt guide in as tight as you can. You are supposed to screw it in tight, then back it out about a quarter-turn. Being held extremely tight is bad for the kit. Other than that, good job and thanks for doing this.

how do u get the o-ring inside the boltsleeve out? ive got a small leak and thats the only ring i havent changed so i think that would be it.

Use a pick. Or just find something with a rounded tip so that you can dig under it.

If you dont lube your bolt kit....your orings will get destroyed...so yes it will leak.
