how to send marker back to DYE?

It is taking dye forever to e-mail me back on how to send my marker back to them? what should I do? anyone else ever had this problem?

call them and tell them ur problem they will write that down and give u a RA number which u should put out of the box so when they get ur gun they now what to do..i have sent my guns to them and got them back in 2 days!...they also send the gun next day air..

yah dye is really good about mailing your markers back fast. i got mine back in 2 days aswell their customer service is bomb

I sent my dm4 to get it fixed, and they replaced the solenoid at no cost. I was the second owner too and it had ups in it.

Very good customer service. Just call them and talk to technical support.
